Hmmm...got quiet here again! This paste of a post I placed on a thread elsewhere covers one point which might be an important clarification. I know it was for me: <<In going over the 10K last night, I was initiallly concerned to read this passage: "During 1999, Neutrogena agreed to pay the Company for an exclusive option to the proprietary triamino copper complex used in the Tricomin(R) products. In March 2000 Neutrogena informed the Company that it did not intend to exercise that option and the Company has begun discussions with other potential partners." I spoke with the company this morning. The option referred to above involved uses in hair care, NOT skin care. This does NOT impact the ongoing negotiations with Neutrogena related to skin care products, which PRCY hopes to conclude in the near future. If that accounts for the downward pressure on the stock this morning, folks may be selling for the wrong reason! >>
