There's no way in hell that was a bottom. maybe a small rally for a couple of days, but we're headed wayyyyy lower.

Falling rates means Wall Street can borrow more to buy stocks (or stock futures). Falling rates with stocks stable don't mean flight to quality. This means poor Japanese are buying bonds once again...
