Thanks Gus, I didn't think I could feel more sick until I read your post.

I will vote no on whatever shares I have left come voting time.

I will vote to dismiss any board member, if given the chance, who approved this thievery. I will vote to dismiss all management and relieve them of all stock options.

Where are the regulators? Where are the watchdogs?
