Frank: Had 500 limit buy @ 5 1/2 sitting on TDWaterhouse & Schwab. The Waterhouse one filled at 15:52 today. Third from last trade on "Last 10" list. Figured it was a sell; but it's MY Buy! LOL. Looks like we may have to endure this BS for a while longer if 10k isn't until 4/14. Geez...

Well the 10K is suppose to be coming out by April 15 and along with it the answers to the NASDAQ comments ... of course NASDAQ was fine with the timing since the company contacted them today just to make sure.

Things will be just fine soon. A lot has happened in the past few months and they need to get it all in the 10K.
