I just want to say one thing to many of the regulars of this thread....and perhaps on some other threads that may have me bookmarked. It is a real pleasure trading with you guys and sharing my days with you. It's fun. Even when the conditions are crap, it is still fun to come to this thread and check the posts and see the companionship that goes on here. I have had times when I was just plain disgusted with the things that go on here, but this thread appears to be getting better. Perhaps the luster for outside traders that were scalping off of us has dissipated or something. Your a good bunch of people and some damn fine traders. Many of us need to rebuild our portfolios in the coming months from this disaster....and I can tell you that it is gonna be fun doing it with you all over again. For now, I suggest playing it cool for a while and just letting this market go in the direction it is gonna go. I have a few positions....mostly in my IRA that I wish I had sold sooner....but that's OK....I'm not holding anything I don't beleive in. As far as my trading accounts go....I am 90% cash....have been for a few days....ever since I said the bear was coming last week. I beleive it is gonna be a little while before this market really comes back and finds a real direction. There are many lost fortunes, and there are many investors with a terrible attitude for this market right now. Be very careful what you buy.....and what you pay for it. Finding a good stock is one thing, but what you pay is everything. Profit takers will come quick in the next couple weeks/months. Don't be the last one out the door. Well...anyway....I'm looking forward to rebuilding with you guys. I took most of my beating in the first slide from holding too much biotech for too long. I still have my capital intact....and I am ready to start building it back up to surpass the 400% YTD gain I was sitting on 3 weeks ago. For those of you that are still sitting on positions....especially those that are on margin (which you certainly shouldn't be by now) don't stay up all night worrying yourself sick....go play with your kids, hug your wives, eat a good meal, whatever....but don't fret this situation all night and let it get you to where you can't eat or you are pacing around scared. The market opens at 9:30 (EST) and not eating, and not sleeping, or avoiding your families will not make it open any faster. Good night all...and remember...you have freinds here...we're all broke (lol)...but we're freinds.
