This is just a one time shot. Though it won't help you, especially, if they want to jam intc tomorrow.

The IRS just finished closing audits on some old years. INTC was able to get away with more than they thought and had accrued as a tax expense (lower net income) in prior years. They got away with it, or some of it, and are now taking that kitty they had salted away in case they lost, back in.
