I understand that SAP has agreed to market Nortel Networks CRM software which I assume is from their recent Clarify acquisition. Anyone able to comment on how this might affect Oracle? Also can anyone condense the CRM marketplace (competitors, size of market, market share) into a few sentences?

Doug Crooks from Pru must love ORCL. He downgraded 3 b2b (ARBA, CMRC, ITWO) except ORCL. After making a few mistakes earlier. He was quick to learn how to play games. He stuck his neck out to defend ORCL against few bs analysts. He was the last one to ask questions during last CC. He surely wants make his name to be known in this area. He might become one rising star soon.
