It wasn't just ROVC today, the MMs appear to be raping most of the OTC stocks and doing the same thing. The best explanation that I have heard is that MMs want the price to be low at the end of the month on a stocks which they have shorted because then its end-of-the-month reconciliation statement looks better. I don't know how much truth there is to this, but it makes some sense.

Because there was size offered by sellers but only small bids from potential buyers, not an uncommon situation in a down market. I guess you still don't understand my explanation a few posts ago of how the OTC-BB market works.
