David Sepracor including the over-allotment raised $460 million in convertible debt. Bio Transplant raised $9.7 MM in a private Placement. NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. private placement of 3,900,000 shares The purchase price per share is $12.00. Upon closing the transaction, the Company will have approximately 23.6 million shares outstanding and $75 million in cash. Proceeds from this private placement are estimated at $43.5 million.
