yea, you are right. I recieved an email back from them on my inquiry about why I was having "trouble". Seems I fell afoul of a "multi application" hook they put in the software to prevent people from making like 10 and 15 apps at a time. Not sure why my first one did not work though....anyway they are sending me the paper work to open an account. Glad to hear you like them. There customer service has been great so far. I will open an account when I get the forms. wayne

A bit off topic but worth it! Well I finally got my PennTrade account open. It was a bit of a carry on but entirely my fault for not following instructions(sent in a check with the wrong name on it). You were right. Excellent guys to work with. Very personable and VERY service orientated. Have to say the commish is a bit high, but with every 10th trade free and the level of service provided I think it is worth it. Very likely I will be moving ALL my CDN stocks from etrade to PennTrade. I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to trade CDN stocks online!
