ML and DLJ raised their targets on VSH to $90 today. biz.yahoo.com << Merrill Lynch and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette raised their price targets for [VSH] to $90 a share on Thursday . . . .. [ML]analysts Jerry Labowitz and Stephen Fox raised their price target . . .from $80 while maintaining a buy rating on the stock. "Our new price objective is based on the stock trading around a market multiple, which we think is reasonable given the company's robust growth rates, high percentage of sales to the wireless market, and the increasing importance of VSH's (Vishay's) higher-margin power semiconductor business," the Merrill analysts wrote in a research note.
