I think that was a DCB. I got out in the 140's, and will not re-enter until either it goes below 100 or it re-bases for a while. You don't drop this much and recover quickly. There is technical damage here. Of course, strong news from the company could reverse the technicals in a hurry.

I think 105 looks to be a good base figure. Cree had a breakout on February 1st from 105. The next day it gaped higher and was on it's way. Yesterday the gap was filled and a low in the area of the breakout day price. Should see a retest of the 105 price area.
