GE capital bought some web companies in bankruptsey court and they were talking with some old ameridata execs at interliant. Maybe GE will outsource it to INIT like DELL. Since you can not run a company without the people expertise to go with it as well. DELL is also working on JIT model for manufacturing with volkswagon using INIT, CLIC and BMCS like what GM is doing with CMRC. Now if you can add NSOL/VRSN into the deal you have one hell of an infrastructure that can handle everything from order processing to manufacturing to delivery on line. DELL just might be able to put it all together. ameridata was bought out by GE and is now GE capital. There was also some talk about IPO'ing some of the companies not directly connected to GE.
