Having just read your post I'm very impressed, I think your right on the money. Not only is it plausible it's think it probable. The only exception may be(not according to the sp futures as of this post) I would not expect a short covering until either the last hour today but more likely Monday. I would look for the markets to wipsaw investors today, a little of the pros getting even with the retail guys. Best Case scenario down opening (100+ points on the nasdaq) with end of day rally (short covering) to have nasdaq close in the plus for the day. Worse case scenario is rally on the open with mid day melt down to close below under 4400 in the nasdaq. The money manager use to see the retail players as flies around their meal, now they are more like bit bulls, still manageable but you don't want to lose sight of them. Enjoy the day.
