MA crossovers are particulary interesting and more reliable an indicator when there is a trend reversal. A good example is MXTR. Look at the 200 day MA bending in late Nov. and changing course in Dec. followed by a 50 day MA cross over 200 MA. Fantastic chart pattern.

Sorry to get back to you late on the MA crossovers. Sergio, as usual is one step ahead of me. The site he posted is very good on explaination.

One other thing to add if I may: Watch stochs along with MA's. They will predict the strength of the move.
