Jay, Mike, Thread Contributors,...

I see the events that Mike has so nicely investigated (and posted so timely, as well) as material.

As a follower of the Gorilla Game strategy I was compelled to increase my holdings in SNDK today. I bought at the open and didn't really get the price I wanted, but as a long-term hold I believe it will be profitable in time.

With the stock price at these levels, the general down draft in the NASDAQ, and the uncertainty in Taiwan (although the uncertainty is less than earlier in the month) I would caution investors to evaluate their risk tolerance.

I have always shyed away from making buy/sell recommendations. The last time I felt comfortable purchasing was after the Taiwan quake at which point I bought prematurely from the upper $70's down to the low $40's. In retrospect that was not a bad strategy. The problem now being that a lot of good news is already figured into the stock price.

I am doubtful "The Street" understands the importance of the recent court decisions. I hope that this is a harbinger of better things ahead for SNDK shareholders.
