Chip, I've bought JCP with an almost 8% yield. WMI, S about 6 weeks ago.

bmy, jnj, pfe,sgp all on March 8th. so I buy out of favor
value plays as well.

DNP is a high quality company from everything I have seen
Michael Burke and Bonnie Bear both like it quite a bit.

I also notice that DNP has recently broken above it's 50 dma
and is not getting support from it at 8.81 and I would say
it would move up to the 200 dma at 9.50 in short order.

CDC is a company with a low P/E stable earnings and a nice yield.

take a look at that one

CDC has a 10% yield and a trailing Pe of 12.74.

they are in triple net leasing, and I think that they are
potetntially undervalued, as they have real-estate that
has appreciated.

also check out ALLC a yield of 10.59% and a trailing PE of
10.37

I have had money in both of those companies for over a year.

FAX is another to look at. 13% yield but they may cut the dividend back to 2 cents a month. from 6 cents to 4 cents.

so the yield will go down, but I am very bullish on the AUD over the next 12-18 months.
