I'm sorry about your experience. I don't doubt your facts, but I do doubt your assumptions regarding a premeditated strategy of out of stocks. I suggest you contact COOL and voice your concern. My guess is that you will be pleased with the customer service you will receive. I recently added another 5K at $8, as a trading position. COOL is still a very good company in a rapidly expanding market. Good Trading, LF

Sorry, I would have to strongly disagree with your statement. I've been ordering from Outpost for quit some time & have made them my #1 choice for computer products. I've spent a considerable sum on hardware & software from them & only once did I not get an order that I expected & that was because by the time the order hit the warehouse it was out of stock. I've ordered 1 cable & I've ordered heavy pc equipment & it's always been at my door the next morning.
