Zeev, yes wouldn't it have been nice? <VBG> I was travelling and hadn't read the SEC filing details until a day ago when a friend brought it to my attention. I'd been puzzling why BEST was selling down the stock so aggressively, now it is clear why: they are maximizing their financial interest while 'protecting' the interest of the plaintiffs. Meanwhile, today BEST got on the ask a few times to cap our little rally, but INCA has been the prime seller. In such a down market, wouldn't be surprised if the bulk of this is from Castle Creek, hedging against their (unexercised) warrants for 900k shares. On the flip side, the short MMs have been busy on BOTH sides of the trades today (both bid/ask). Rich
