RE: I would suggest that this is evidence that CPQ is moving on its plan to shift revenue away from PCs and into enterprise. We will know more in a few weeks when they announce earnings.

But you are falling into the same trap as many in the press - looking at shifts in CPQ's PC business without understanding the overall business strategy will lead to the wrong conclusions about what CPQ is trying to do, and whether they are succeeding.

What happened to CPQ the last time they attempted the direct method? I really don't see how they can change things this time ....Comments appreciated....
I suppose the numbers will bear things out this year...
