Rotation? Yes, I believe the process in under way. What many analysts are starting to realize is that many industrial real economy sectors in the stock market have just concluded their own private bear markets and represent compelling value here if the IMF is right and the world economy grows at 4% this year. I don't believe the rotation process will happen overnight nor will all technology money pour exclusively into oil patch issues, but the process has definitely begun and the patch will get it's fair share.
