I assume by RM you mean reverse merger. Yes, a reverse merger is exactly what will likely happen with the PCES shell just as it does with most shells. I guess I don't understand your question because a reverse merger with the right company will be a good thing.

PCES is a good shell because it is controlled by John Pappajohn. He has a history of making good things happen. This is a very short and simplistic answer. For more details, you might want to peruse the PCES thread because there is alot of good research over there.

PCES . . . by the way, I'm not suggesting anybody buy at the current levels. Most of us here who are still in are in under .20 cents. I started buying when it was under .10 cents.
