You clearly stated that you owned Cisco when it had a sub 20 P/E - "Back in the dark ages when I owned ....". I logically assumed that if you owned it back when it had a sub 20 PE you had to sell it when it was below a 20 PE too. Otherwise you would have owned it when it it had more than a 20 PE, which is contrary to your language.

LOL. You obviously need help writing your thoughts more clearly. That selection would not withstand scrutiny in any legal writing course because precision is required.
