I logically assumed that if you owned it back when it had a sub 20 PE you had to sell it when it was below a 20 PE too. Otherwise you would have owned it when it it had more than a 20 PE, which is contrary to your language. >>If you read accurately, you'll note that I thought Cisco was UNDERvalued then. I believe it is OVERvalued now. LOL. You obviously need help writing your thoughts more clearly. That selection would not withstand scrutiny in any legal writing course because precision is required.
