DALLAS, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- PMC Capital, Inc. (Amex: PMC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular dividend of $0.25 per common share of stock. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record March 31, 2000, payable on April 10, 2000.

Lance B. Rosemore, Chief Executive Officer and President stated, "Our portfolio performance continues to remain very strong, leading to improved operating results. Consequently we have maintained our $0.25 regular dividend for the sixth (6th) consecutive quarter and as previously announced, the present regular quarterly dividend level is expected to be maintained through the year."
