INCY raised a total of $622 million (less fees - maybe $600M), $422 M in private placement to Janus funds of 2 million shares at $211/share, see: biz.yahoo.com (Feb. 23), and earlier, $200M (with the overallotment) in notes convertible at $134.84, see: biz.yahoo.com (Feb. 15). Before that INCY had about $67 million in cash and cash-equivalents, so the warchest is probably above $650 million.

Although the 2 million shares bought by Janus six weeks ago are now registered, it probably doesn't mean that Janus is likely to start selling them (unless forced by redemptions), see:

I don't believe GLIA raised any money - at these prices, with mismanagement of the contact manufacturer problem and of GLIA's terrific pipeline, GLIA has sat out this amazing rally.
