ABSC: Saw a $75MM convertible financing, but it looked like the $150MM share offering was cancelled. Did they raise more money than the $75MM?

Celera hit probably the jackpot with this years spring biotech fundraiser: 4.37M shares @ 225$ each yielded net proceeds of 944M$.
GLIA stock price on reached 25$+ for a few days,so they did not have a window to raise capital. I would consider any public offering below 25$ ridiculous.

VRTX always was smart with financing. They raised capital in 1997. 3M shares @45.5$/share. Todays stock prices appears cheap.
