look like today will be an inside day ... seeing a lot of hesitation of longs in the major tech sectors but mostly up modestly.

An inside day after that big sell off is indicative of a turn around.....

Can be, but I prefer to view it as a "balance point", neither side winning the battle. Where price moves from there is more telling, and I find it much safer to just sit on my hands and wait for things to play out.

On an intraday basis, inside bars are often bull or bear flags in a smaller time frame too.

Very useful, I find them... very useful indeed.

(I trade spoos and index proxies primarily, and for some reason my trading computer only has Sell and Cover keys. LOL)
