I talked with Tommy about 8 days ago and he said avoid the techs. I don't think P&F is the issue.

I think that this goes way beyond noise...to say that I am disappointed in the fact that the BPOTC turned positive from fairly low levels at the exact worst moment to enter the market, would be an understatement. I think that there needs to be some tweaking of the charts to accommodate manic markets. Although, there were strong indications that we should have been moving into the safer NYSE stocks for a few weeks now.
