Why would a major stockholder wait til the stock value has
decreased so significantly from the recent highs to file
to sell now as the price/market is dropping, unless there
is something on the horizon that may increase the overall
value of the sale. They have just filed, is there any limit
on when they can actually exercise the sale and take
profits, anyone?? What if any is the time limit from filing to sell? If they file and the stock value goes to
$80 then they could close at higher levels than here. Am I
reaching here? Insiders know what will happen in the short
term future, and with 2 IPO's going to happen over the next
several months I suspect that they are expecting the stock
value to rise so they can actually exercise at a higher
price, IMO.

Just my opinion,
BB
