Rocky, I see the defense of the CF assembly patents as critical and view the Lexar case as the test case in this regard. As it turns out, the CompactFlash family of assemblers seems to be a bit smaller than one may imagine. Take a look at some older posts. Recall also that SST is already a licensee. I believe Kingston CF memory cards are SST private labels, although I am not certain of this fact...

Suspect the rush at the open...

...was from Lexar Media legal defense investing proceeds from legal fees to date.

The lackluster volume today indicates we are underneath "The Street's" radar.
Too bad the decision became available on a Friday.

Hope that SanDisk is preparing a statement for this material event. If not, I think we should be asking, "Why not?"
