Well, Tiger, that couldn't be more inaccurate. There is railroad right of way, the entired 70 mile length of this entire canyon and they've put the cable tubes on the opposite side of the interstate, and not even along the "old state highway" right of way that State of Oregon DOT could have negotiated with them to "use."

I guess D-9s are a little hard on railroad gravel beds, especially at 45 degree angles<g>

I'm telling ya...this company is saying/hoping/dreaming/planning and NOT executing acc'd to their plan.

Like I said, your understanding is just PLAIN wrong. And before you ask, just plain vanilla national railroads are crisscrossing Oregon, just like your state. In fact, the railroad is less than 100 yards from the fiber optic tubes most of the way through the canyon...so whoops, sorry 'bout that.

BTW, got your calendar out? what is the P/E of -3.87 negative earnings into a +105 stock.

Oh, and I JUST checked with one of my sources who is tight with the gov't BLM officials out here...seems as if LVLT "tube burying subs" have gone across BLM land WITHOUT PERMISSION and are either being sued, or going to be sued for damage and trespassing.

Now THAT should be good for a few bucks "additional losses, yes?" Feed that little juicy into your rosy calcs for LVLT.

Oh, and BTW...
volutary disclosure: neither long nor short but certainly have flipflopped from "postive toward" to "considering shorting" in the last 48 hours of Due Diligence.
