Well, I ran out of money doing the avg down trick with PARS

Averaging down only works if there is an obvious upside potential, in the near future. With current market conditions, no guarantee there.

I think Bio-techs may have run their course in popularity for awhile. Have to see. Oh, by the way, I'd buy back in at anything less then $3 and just see what happens. I think that opportunity may be up coming.
