Bobby, Rydex allocation to bull funds is 89% as of yesterday, down from 91% on Wednesday. of the total allocated to bull funds, 78% is in tech, down from 90,5% a week ago. the recent Rydex ratio low was 0,08, a historic extreme (92% allocation to bull funds). the slight increase in the ratio of late is far from what would be considered meaningful.
that said, it is obvious that the Fed wants the bubble to keep inflating. almost 5 billion dollars in reserves were added today....

regards,

hb

Bobby,

I don`t think we go down from here. Right now I`m watching the NDX for leadership. It did put in a higher high to the Naz`s lower high. We came down to the trendline from the lows on 2/15 and 3/16 yesterday.

The selling seems to be slowing down and we are way oversold now. This might be a topping pattern, but let`s see if we stall after a bounce from here and start to put in a right shoulder over the couple of weeks.

Not ready to give up the bull case just yet,

Jim
