Pomp, This sure feels like a real shakeout. I don't know about institutions, but as someone mentioned, the margin calls going out must be tremendous. The constant decline feels to me as if investors are just cashing in enough to pay margin calls each day (or maybe selling a little in anticipation of getting the call). It doesn't feel like a panic and there certainly hasn't been a panicked drop at any point. It'll be interesting to see what the margin loan numbers are at the beginning of April. BWDIK, Dave
