BOSTON, March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Breakaway Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: BWAY),
a leading Full Service Provider (FSP) of integrated strategy, e-business
implementation, and application hosting solutions for growing enterprises,
today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities
and Exchange Commission for a proposed offering of 3,000,000 shares of its
Common Stock.
Of the total shares being offered, 1,800,000 shares will be offered by the
Company and 1,200,000 shares will be offered by certain stockholders of the
Company. In addition, the underwriters will be granted an option from the
Company and certain of the selling stockholders to purchase up to 450,000
additional shares to cover over allotments, if any. The offering is being
lead managed by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and co-managed by Lehman Brothers,
Dain Rauscher Wessels, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Robert W. Baird and
