For what it is worth...I increased my position yesterday by 5% in JDSU. I wish we could have seen the stock drop to the high 90's today with huge volume. That would have cleaned out many of the loose holders of the stock and set the stage for a turn. The last two hours should be interesting. Regards Glenn
P.S. If anyone has not figured it out yet I am a long term bull on JDSU (have not sold a share) and am looking to add.

Optical Coating Laboratory, Inc. Announces Its First Annual MicroPac(TM) Forum
SANTA ROSA, Calif., March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Optical Coating Laboratory, Inc. (``OCLI') will host its first annual MicroPac(TM) Forum, a Forum on Portable Spectroscopy for Engineers and Designers. The Forum will be held at OCLI's headquarters in Santa Rosa on May 11-12, 2000.
Due to the overwhelming market response to this product, and in order to familiarize companies involved in developing compact spectroscopic instruments with the MicroPac(TM) compact spectrometer engine, OCLI has organized its first annual MicroPac(TM) Forum. The purpose of this forum is to introduce, distribute and discuss applications for portable spectroscopy in general and the MicroPac(TM) compact spectrometer engine in particular.
Last year, OCLI introduced the MicroPac(TM) compact spectrometer engine, one of the most cost-effective, compact devices on the market. The MicroPac(TM) is the only device that does not contain a grating element, making it extremely stable, both thermally and mechanically. It has wide-ranging applications in point-of-care medical devices, chemical and biological sensors, agricultural and food analysis, process monitoring, and color sensing.
Optical spectroscopic techniques are often the most powerful means of chemical and biological characterization. Until recently, the use of spectroscopy in mass-market applications has been limited because of the lack of stable, compact and cost-effective spectrometers.
During the first day of this two-day seminar, attendees will learn about the technical details of the product line, in addition to the features and performance characteristics. On the second day, attendees will have an opportunity to discuss specific applications such as point-of-care medical devices, chemical and biological sensors, agricultural analyzers, process monitors, and color sensors.
Details of the technical program and on-line registration can be accessed on OCLI's Web site at www.ocli.com, by clicking the MicroPac(TM) Forum button on the home page. Please call 707-525-7669 for more information and facsimile registration.
