Have you noticed VRTS? Down 4 points now. S&P500 has done nothing for it.

There is a good reason for it. The Seagate deal is really making this one complicated. I would not be surprised to see a sling shot type of effect on VRTS at some point in time.

15:56 ET Veritas Software (VRTS) 130 -15 1/4 (-10.5%): Word on the trading floors is that funds tied to the S&P 500 purchased VRTS yesterday, believing that issue would have a similar weighting to Yahoo (YHOO). Now talk is that VRTS's weighting will be significantly less than YHOO's, causing funds to reduce their position in the stock.
