IMO, the company's reticence is very interesting. Speaks of some frustration that they considered making an announcement and huge confidence to forego it. I suspect they have an announcement of another kind close by. (++++)

I would not address specific issues re suspected short selling but do feel that a status report re current contracts and production capability is in order. Real time action still shows INCA at the ask (21) selling 1000s blocks.
