Chip, Paul, Richard, et.al.: Chip, thanks for that "article." It's good to see "outsiders" think this slide smells, too. I haven't smelled anything quite this rank since a long ago college, deepest summer, concert where I ended up being one of the last of the folks to hit one of those traveling port-a-things. And since it'd been standing in the hot sun all day.....well....let's just say it had an impressive aroma. Heh! And I concur with his assessment about MCOM. Given my...urhm....insight into them you could say I've been backing up the Zeev type truck and loading it until it's shocks screamed. I expect good things out of them; particularly when they start running their trial, in coordination with a certain company I know, ;-), in the Boston area this summer.... Paul: Thanks for the cogent read on the situation. An educational write-up(same with Rich W.'s, too); as par usual. And as for that memo....well...as much as I'd like to see management go for the throat, because there's just GOT to be legal recourse over such as that still...the best tactic is to move on with life....as Rex T. stated...it could have been all a great big mis-communication. (Yeah...and pigs can fly, too!) Since I'm of the impression some sort of emotional involvement by all professional parties has been going on here lately(imho, of course), maybe all of them will now kiss, make nicey nice, and move the hell on. Well HEY, I can dream can't I?? And maybe if'n they let it out of the box it's been in today this'll signal everybody on all sides is finally satisfied?? Let's see how it closes... John~
