This deal keeps getting "worser and worser". This has got to go down as the textbook case on how management s*****d over its stockholders.

No. They said it doesn't have a collar and it definitely nneded one. Who knows what Veritas will be worth by late summer (or even the end of next week!) By the time its done the real SEG could be the most valuable part of the deal even using a valuation less generous than Gus's which deserves merit. -Z
