Yes, I guess you did.

Assuming this state represents a discontinuity hole, and assuming the MM's want to stay neutral, they will have to fill market orders from their own supply (or add to it) until the price moves into sufficient quantities of limit orders. The direction depends upon the type of market order (buy or sell). Therefore, market sell orders not matched by buy orders, for instance, will move the price down, into the buy limit orders, regardless of the distribution of sell limit orders.
