BLM is everyone's "flowerbed" dude. Care to guesstimate how much of LVLT's 20,000 mile loop is trespassed and torn up BLM land? You're clueless. If you've never tangled with BLM, you haven't even a limited conceptual clue what LVLT is up against in this pending lawsuit, cost-overruning, CLEC service/existing fiber optic cutting, Government land trespassing bunch that obviously did NOT get railroad right of way permission as you tout.
