Confernce call is going ahead as scheduled...Mike stated for the record and posted in my convesation yesterday with him from his bed..the 10-K would be filed over the weekend....early early Monday morning at the latest. Conference call for analysts/brokers and shareholders alike will follow at 4PM eastern time. There is no change in schedule...the last conversation with Morrell the head of this company, as to when the 10-K would show up is exactly as mentioned above...there has been no advergence from their stated timelines. It is a 3 day delay at most as the outerlimits...and we will be discussing the years end results on cue. So those who get neurotic over nothing or present it as such...save it. Nothing changed...Morrell delivered...scheduling including National Market announcement re: listing, shortly following. SShank
