SSP, <<FTEC>> This should be a goldenlist candidate. Look at FTEC's outstanding and float. The book value is greater than current stock price. See my conjecture on the recent decline: Message 13328451 . Rat Dog William has identified FTEC as a Rat Dog, but I think it should also be golden. Imagine what will happen to FTEC if even a little buying occurs?

This is an interesting new feature, to me at least, at InsiderTrader.com.........Late Archives. insidertrader.com "Insiders have until the tenth of the month following their transactions to file the appropriate Form 4 at the SEC. But if they are late, there is no penalty--Until Now! We are throwing a spotlight on tardy filers, so check in every day to see who we caught. Amended filings can create some "noise" in this data. So if you're going to use these tables to chastise insiders at companies you own, you may want to inquire about the details of the late filing first."
