yep, same in real estate... you get a higher cap rate on leased land... often to the point that it's a better investment.

<1. Most of these trusts have a reserve life of 10-16 years. At an annual return of 20% it doesn't take a mathematical genius to figure out that you're still ahead of the game.>

yep, agree, and I'm going to buy some of these... hoping oil continues to wane for a week so hopefully they hit a couple down a bit. Which others do you think are the quality issues?? Any opinion??
