Chop, thanks very much for your efforts on behalf of the SI IPO community! One thing I would like to know is how the penalty phase is administered. If your trade date on an IPO is day 1, one can assume you are OK if you sell on day 31. If you sell on, say, day 20 are you out of the game until day 61 (60 days from the IPO) or day 80 (60 days from the flip date)? What if you flip two IPOs within the same time period, would the penalty phases be concurrent or sequential?

Anybody know???

Thanks,
Hadrian
