I have been in CCAA since early December 1999 and decided this was a true long for me. Rarely do I invest in a stock that is on the pinks, and to hold a stock that was on the pinks for more than 3 months is even rarer. However, part of my commercial real estate background is in high-end resort development. I decided to call Mr. Joe Johnston to discuss the future development opportunities of CCAA and to get an indication of Mr. Cala's background in the industry (see this post on SI which outlines Mr. Cala's capabilities: ) Message 12869037 As I said, my background is in luxury resort development...and I am VERY please to see that Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo (WATG)has been contracted to develop CCAA's underwater resort...they are the premier agency in the WORLD for this type of cutting edge resort development. Also, here are a few links that support my view that resort development such as CCAA is on the cutting edge of the future...you will see in these PR's that not only is Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo (WATG) mentioned, but also these articles express a certain wave of the future in what true luxury premier resorts will be about...think about it....with what this world offers today (which I would have to say at present is the best in luxury accomadations and ammenities)....the next phase of future resort destinations must far supercede these currant boundaries and offer far more exotic destinations employing either time or space. CCAA has employed both: A timely approach to today's standards in resort management and an alternative in spacial capacity of lodging alternatives...under the sea...many of us remember the James Bond movie years ago where there was an elegant hotel room under the sea (just before "Jaws" showed up to ruin it). Thankfully, with Cala Corporation, there is no fear of ruin...only an estatic expectation of a marvelous undersea experience...so come on...don't don your scuba gear...only your cozy pajamas and those funny-looking dolphin slippers your nephew gave you and make yourself comfy...we'll be tucked in to snuggle up to one of the most cuddly OTCBB dreams of the century.
