How many of these messages will it take before you get MyTrade fixed?-------->

Please don't try and make it "my own particular case", scenario...How are you supposed to trade an issue that you don't ever know till 15mins later whether or not you have bought? <gggggg>!!!

Trade confirms were horrible , and terribly delayed, when they should be within seconds!!!

.... and that's not something
unique to this user.....and has been on-going.

Well, Mr. Richard V. Davis, I cannot speak for the "vast majority" of Mytrack users. I can however, tell you that I and most everyone that I speak with on a daily basis has absolutely stopped buying stocks in hopes of selling into a morning gap. Not because this is a bad practice, but because it is impossible to do so on any type of regular basis with Mytrack.

Today was absolutely the worst. While your company has been worse than useless for OTC, it has at least performed as well as anybody for naz. Until today that is. If you wanted to buy a stock today, it had better have been one that was moving down, or not moving at all, because in the 2 to 3 minutes that it took for an order to hit the system, that stock was GONE.

If this continues, the only thing I could imagine TRAC being good for.....is a short.

Perhaps you do not know me but I am probably responsible for getting you 60% of every single trade every day.

Um guess what?

All of those accounts will be leaving next week. Since I got screwed out of $110,000 on friday I will strongly suggest to all my friends to run for the hills before the lawsuits are in place.

To me Database upgrades or major changes should be made on a weekend this way if there is a problem they can be resolved hopefully by opening bell Monday morning. Your Database Failure cost me over 7 grand last week could not get out of stocks or orders took 10 minutes to get sent to broker . I tried calling to make trades and was on hold 15 minutes while they tanked and I got pissed and hung up ..

ALso one day Mytrack works smoothe the next it sucks its amazing how I have made as much money as I have this year already .. Cosistancy in service would be greatly appreciated but this problem has been occuring everyweek since I joined your services..

ANOTHER PROBLEM I HAVE . I have My Pareants and Sisters Accounts I trade for using MyTrade as well as my own. How come I have to wait 90 seconds to buy shares for there accounts too this is F-ING Bull$hit each is its own account should be 90 seconds from time trade is made in there accounts.. We as Traders Have Minutes at time to get into or out of stocks and with 500 share fill BS sometimes lately its 200 shares or 100 shares at time and then nothing on rest of order goes thru so you have to submit more orders for more shares or to sell your shares when doing this with 3 accounts 90 seconds each trade its a nightmare. Plus as trader with this inconvience you lose focus on your other stocks time is money . I got you about 8 customers myself so far and your service has been getting worse and I am embararassed I even recommended your service to these people as of late I had two more friends fill out online for there applications online last week and yesterday they asked me to
help them fill out the rest of application and I told them to hold off until I find better service for them.

We on SI got you a ton of customers and trust me they will leave just as fast as they came if things do not improve .

also I have been one of your top 5 traders since I joined MyTrack and trust me it will change soon if service does not improve next week.. Writing Mytrack checks out as we speak to open Ameritrade, and Etrade Accounts (etrade only reason I am joining is to make 75 trades per quarter and get there Level 2) much easier to monitor stocks and charts and read level 2 itself ... Must admit My Tracks scanning tools and alerts the best I have used so far though...

Mytrade is the best takes 30 minutes to get 10k shares now yeee haw :)
