US president Clinton just declares April 1st. as an International Gold day.....
In his speach to reporters, representatives of World Central banks, namely Goldman Sachs, Chase Manhattan, and Deutche bank, he again, in pure Clintonese, reafirmed his total support for increasing the price of Gold and Silver. The bottom line, as he emphasized, is to expose all gold and silver market manipulators, and bring them to Justice.

Treasury Secretary, standing close to the President, was getting paler and paler in his face during the President's speach, and apparently was in the most dire need for a stretcher or a BJ, in history of men.
