hmmm, I don't know enough about CREE to comment on that, but I do know about Channel lights, what they mean are store front signs you see all over the place. I have never had one break on me in 14 years in three different locations. If it cost less to buy, last longer, and cost less to run, then it's cool, if not then it's not.

DEaler, Isn't CREE's claim to fame their ablility to produce the stuff that LED's are made of in addition to making LEDs????? This company could be a customer of CREE???

BTW if you've ever been shocked by a neon light you'll appreciate the advantage of the low voltage. ZZZZZZZZZZ
